When we first walked in we were greeted by Brianna., She was our sale representative and I must say she was absolutely amazing. I was buying furniture for my Guest bedroom. "I would like to thank Michael for his help and support in helping my husband and I in finding beds for our 2 kids. He had patience and made sure my daughter liked the bed and mattress she wanted and was comfortable with. She tested all mattresses out and he helped up out. I had a 3000 credit with Ashley's and I guess because I haven't used it in a long time it was deactivated. Michael helped me out with that even though it took a long time he was very patient and helped us to the max literally the store closed and he was still helping!"

"Today my mother and I came to Ashley’s at Bay Plaza to look for a living room set to replace our old one. As we walked in Patrick gave us a warm welcome and told us if we need anything he’s happy to help. My mother and I continued to walk through the store until we found a set we loved at an unbeatable price. Patrick was immediately available to assist us. He made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions with patience even if we kept asking the same questions over and over. His demeanor was warm and made sure we understood the information. He explained everything to us in a manner that made us feel comfortable and confident in the knowledge and service he provided us. We were so happy with his service and time that we ended up buying not only the living room set but a recliner and two beds too!! He is definitely a great Asset to this company and my mother and I were extremely grateful that Patrick was the one to assist us! It was a great experience!!!"
