"This is a beautiful very comfortable work place. The lady that help me was so polite and cheerful her name was Rosa. She took her time with me made sure I was happy with what I bought gave me excellent price. The manager was also so helpful gave me many ideas. I recommend that everyone goes and shop with these two ladies. Yes this will be the only place I shop for my home decor"

"This is the worst furniture store ever. I had my bedroom set on layaway. I decided to do the store credit. They was supposed to deliver my stuff Monday no show next day was that Friday. But they delivered on a Wednesday which I spoke to the store manager and explained to her I would not be home. They delivered my furniture and didn't have my mattress and gave me a temporary mattress. I had to keep the plastic on. I keep calling no one ever answer the phone. Once they get their money they don't know you anymore. I was calling the store when I was walking in and my name was being called out by the phone and they was ignoring my call. My delivery to exchange my mattress was supposed to be from 12:30 -1:30 today and it's past my time. I told Rosa and the store manager I have to be at work for 3pm. They both are the worst and don't know how to communicate and be truthful to their customers. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THEM."

"Beware. They commit fraud. On 10/02/2022, I visited Beverly Hills Furniture store at 837 Washington Ave, Bronx NY. I had the owner Johanser help to assist with my ordering needs. I originally ordered a dining room set and a pink bedroom set. That same day I changed my mind and asked the owner Johanser to cancel the dining room set and order another bedroom set. The owner agreed and sent a new invoice with both bedroom sets. I purchased these items through a lender named Koalafi. Although the owner cancelled the dining room set order he didn't update the lender. So Koalfi believes that I ordered a dining room set for $7000.00. Two weeks later after ordering the two bedroom sets I only received one of them because the other was backordered until the next year. I asked the owner to please continue with the bedroom set they had in stock and to cancel the one that was backordered. After several weeks of back and forth and trying to force me to choose something different they cancelled the bed set backordered but they still didn't update the lender. For over 2 months now I have been fighting back and forth with Beverly furniture and Koalafi to update the account with the correct amount $3404 as there is a $3000 difference between both items. Beverly Hills furniture nor Koalfi will help to fix this. I continue to pay each week as agreed but I will not overpay. Everyday I call all locations of Beverly Hills to speak to a Luisa who handles billing and they ignore my phone calls, emails and give me the runaround. They are committing fraud and are trying to keep the extra money that Koalafi gave for the dining room table I never received. Stay away from this place as they are dishonest and provide the worst customer service. Luisa can never be located and Johanser is always in the Dominican Republic. Today I have called all locations and no one will pick up the phone including the number for Luisa. All I ask is that they correct the invoice sent to the lender and they refuse. This has been the worst experience and I will never go back to this business nor refer anyone to go there."
