Our Bread and More Soup Kitchen continues to be a beacon of hope, offering free to-go meals every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:15 PM. We believe in the power of service and community support, which is why we are also collecting school supplies through the last Sunday of August. Donations can be dropped off at the church office, our Thrift Shop, or in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings. Monetary donations are also welcome, and our dedicated volunteers are ready to do the shopping on your behalf.

At Section 30, we are committed to preserving the memories of veterans through our digital platform, VLM (Veterans Legacy Memorial). As one of the largest national cemeteries in the United States, Calverton serves as a resting place for those who have served our nation with distinction. Established in 1978 on a 902-acre tract of land, the cemetery was created to meet the needs of the greater New York area, home to nearly three million veterans and their families. Calverton National Cemetery offers a serene and respectful environment for families to honor their loved ones. The cemetery accommodates casketed burials, in-ground interment of cremains, and placement in columbaria. An ossuary is also available for those who choose this option. The Veterans Legacy Memorial (VLM) digital platform allows families and friends to share tributes, photos, and stories, preserving the legacy of nearly 10 million veterans.

Our museum is dedicated to preserving and interpreting the rich history of Long Island's railroads. With facilities in both Riverhead and Greenport, we invite you to explore our collection of historic rail cars, locomotives, and interactive exhibits. Experience a ride on our miniature LIRR park train from the 1964 New York World’s Fair, or step inside a 1960s LIRR caboose. Our historic Lionel Layout, with its 83 accessories, is a must-see for model train enthusiasts.
