Welcome to the First Congregational Church of Riverhead, a vibrant and welcoming place of worship located at 103 1st Street, Riverhead, New York. Our Bread and More Soup Kitchen continues to be a beacon of hope, offering free to-go meals every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5:30 to 6:15 PM. We believe in the power of service and community support, which is why we are also collecting school supplies through the last Sunday of August. Donations can be dropped off at the church office, our Thrift Shop, or in the sanctuary on Sunday mornings. Monetary donations are also welcome, and our dedicated volunteers are ready to do the shopping on your behalf.

Our museum is dedicated to preserving and interpreting the rich history of Long Island's railroads. With facilities in both Riverhead and Greenport, we invite you to explore our collection of historic rail cars, locomotives, and interactive exhibits. Experience a ride on our miniature LIRR park train from the 1964 New York World’s Fair, or step inside a 1960s LIRR caboose. Our historic Lionel Layout, with its 83 accessories, is a must-see for model train enthusiasts.
