"Amazing customer service from our waiter. Someone give Zak a raise for being so patient and accommodating‼️The prime rib was delicious and I loved everything except for the green beans side dish. The bread was addicting and we couldn’t stop ordering it! For a chain restaurant I am very pleased!"

"We went to USA for few hours and wanted to have lunch or dinner there before coming back, after checking many options, my husband remembered this place and someone recommended it to us too so we went there. It was before they opened so we had to wait but there were many people waiting in their cars too which was weird. Then it ended up that they have a daily promo that I took a pic of, and it was a great price, so we ordered from that. The food was great and portion great. The butter with cinnamon rolls so tasty. They are not stingy with the portions so I can say that each table had a bag full of extra food. I highly recommend it and will go back too. What I didn't like or what made me give a 4 stars instead of 5... 1- the onion rings flower was tasty but tooo oily... 2- the waiter was soo good and attentive BUT she didn't tell us about the extra charge on things which she should have. My plate was extra because of sweet potatoes versus normal one I think and she didn't say it is an extra charge... but that was ok since it is on the menu. The steak that my husband ordered, she told him do you want it juicy or something ( forgot the words she used ) he said sure... and it ended up it is adding these onions on top... but didn't say for example " great but that would be an extra charge "!!! It was still a great experience and all but I always like restaurants or waitresses to inform the customer of any customization that will cost them more."

"i used the ladies restroom at 4pm on Sunday (Bills game was not on until 4:30) and the bathrooms clearly weren’t cleaned at closing the previous night. The pictures don’t do it justice. Steak were cooked to our preferences. Sides were inconsistent. We did have a big group (5 adults, 3 kids) and we struggled to find room on the table to eat. We had to clear our own plates from the table and put it in an empty table because there was no room to put down our dessert bowls. Our server made a couple errors on the bill and it took three times for her to get it correct. On a positive note, we had a good experience earIy on. The hostess with dark curly hair was excellent. She wasn’t the one who seated us, but she saw us trying to figure out how to put eight people in the booth and made some suggestions if we couldn’t make it work. We should have taken her up on her suggestion to move but we already had the kids seated."

"Hubby and I decided to try Texas roadhouse for the first time after driving in from Toronto to Buffalo for a day trip. Emily G did a fantastic job of serving us! Our food came out promptly, and was delicious. We were seated faster than expected. The atmosphere was cozy, and everyone was friendly. We will definitely be returning just to eat here again - thanks so much Emily G and the whole Texas roadhouse family!"

"Food is average. We got the combo appetiser - rattlesnacks were made well and delicious, cheesy tater skins were ok, and the boneless buffalo wings were not crispy. I would have wanted to try the onion flower but the appetiser was too oily already. The ribs were cooked too hard on the outside and not tender enough on the inside. They needed to be marinated for longer and slow cooked on lower heat. The fries were chunky and soggy. The New York steak was ok. We had low expectations anyway for this kind of place. Service was ok. I liked the birthday cheers for the different tables - gave a fun atmosphere. Decor was spot on for the all American Texan theme. The entire place smelt of urine, which was disgusting, especially at the entrance and obviously the washroom areas, even outside in the restaurant. There was quite a long wait to get seated even though there were several empty tables. Overall, I would not recommend this place."
