"Coffee taste bad, never the same. Every time different. Plus morning shift, very rude. Lack customer service skills. Especially the guy that worked 1/25/24 morning around 8 30 am at drive thru. Need better training. Messed up the order and instead of apologizing, blamed me. But yet when he confirmed the order on intercom he got it right. Just didn't deliver the correct order. But showed attitude with his response and didn't apologize at all for the mistake. Just simply blamed me saying I didn't order it right."
"These people got no clue how to make a coffee. A three cream to the white girl in the back is apparently a cup full of creamer with a dash of coffee. Tim hortons off Sheridan is where it's at for coffee yall. NOT here lol"
"unique employees, The woman whom helped us with our order was very attentive, eye contact, repeated order as to be sure it was correct. She was quick & it was honestly one of the best coffees I've had in a while!"
"The coffee was great! The breakfast sandwich was just o.k. Filling and hot, but I just didn't care for the Steamed sausage patty. Sausage should be browned. The English muffin was barely toasted. But they did make it in record time. I would have waited a bit longer for a toasty, crispy, browned sandwich instead of the soggy, wet one I got. The Tim Bits, doughnut holes, were good. Not great. But good. Coffee saves the day though!"
