Our award-winning craft spirits, including Vodka, Gin, Absinthe, Moonshine, Whiskey, and Bourbon, are all distilled using 100% Saint Lawrence River water, giving each bottle a special connection to the river. As a family-owned and operated establishment, we are dedicated to producing high-quality small batch spirits with local roots. Our distillers harvest native botanicals and raw materials from Lucky Star Ranch, our family farm, and work closely with local farmers to source grains and ingredients for our products. In fact, 100% of the grains used in our Moonshine, Whiskey, and Bourbon come from New York State Farms, with 90% sourced from Jefferson County.
