"I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Potsdam OBGYN, particularly with Dr. Dicoby and the office front desk. My appointments were canceled and rescheduled on three separate occasions with the reason is Dr. will be not in the office that day, lasting over 3 months. This repetitive cycle of rescheduling was not only a significant inconvenience but also suggested a disregard for my health concerns. Each instance felt like a clear neglect of my time and wellbeing, raising questions about their commitment to patient care. Adding to this frustration, upon arrive, they state I called to cancel which is a lie because I called to confirm the office is open due to winter weather advisory of icy road of the day. They then came up with another excuse saying I was late (execrate to close to 15 minutes late although I was not and already spend 5 minutes talking about the scheduling issue). They again send me away stating the next available time will be "a while". They did not even try to make efforts and no apology for their scheduling issue. The practice at Potsdam OBGYN, in my experience, falls way below the standards of behavior one would expect from a member of the St. Lawrence Health system. The lack of patient-centered care, empathy, and professionalism was stark and has left me questioning their commitment to the values they claim to uphold. Based on these experiences, I am unable to recommend Potsdam OBGYN and Dr. Dicoby. There is a substantial need for improvement in their approach to scheduling, patient communication, and overall care."

"This woman is not to be trusted. My Fiancée and I went to see her when my Fiancée was only 5 or 6 weeks pregnant and Tatiana IMMEDIATELY started talking about "The possibility of a C section" the very first day we saw her. This absolutely terrified and dare I say TRAUMATIZED my Fiancée. After that I did some research on this absolute disgrace of a woman and found out that she forces c sections on mothers regularly (whether it is needed or not) and that she has quite literally almost killed a couple of womens' babies. Upon learning this the decision was made to go to Dr. Sunday at "Sundays birthing center" rather than continue to see Tatiana. When my Fiancée told Tatiana this to her face... the woman became visibly angry and attempted to convince my Fiancée to believe that she simply had no choice but to come back to her once more..... no matter how much she didn't want to. Clearly that was not the case. TLDR; do not trust this woman. She is an absolutely FOUL person, a manipulator, extremely unprofessional, and from the information I've gathered she has been blacklisted due to the amount of complaints against her. DO NOT PUT YOUR OWN LIFE OR YOUR CHILDS LIFE IN THE HANDS OF THIS "Doctor""

"I had Dr. Dicoby for both of my pregnancies. She is amazing! I have zero complaints. She takes her time with you, listens, and answers all questions satisfactorily. She does her best to ensure that she will be there for the delivery as well which was huge for me. Highly recommend her"

"I adore her and she has always been great and kind same with her staff!! She was there for me with my first pregnancy and had a miscarriage and saved my life and my daughters when I was pregnant for her , instead of sending me home she decided to keep me and I ended up having her because of a placental abruption. She has also been great with the pregnancy of my son. She is amazing and cares about her patients. I highly recommend her to any looking for an OBGYN! :)"

"I'm pregnant with my first child and have been satisfied with my experience so far. The NP saw me for my first visit and was super friendly, answered any questions had, told me all about genetic testing, went over everything she could think of that I may have questions on for my first pregnancy and then told me if I had any concerns to not hesitate to call the office. I met Dr. DiCoby on my second visit, I did have to wait a little bit to see her but not any longer than I wait at any other doctor's office. She was very friendly, answered any questions I had, went over the timeline for what I should expect in the next couple of months. She went over genetic testing even though I'd already told her Noelle had done the same and that we had decided against it. So far I'm very happy with the care I've received."
