I called Northern insurance and confessed by ignorance. I am so grateful we have you as our insurance company. Ashley worked with the car dealer and had everything handled when I got there - it was a 15 minute sign and out the door. This worked so well as I was catching a flight. Thanks to her and the woman at the dealership working on this for me.......I made it!!. Another company vehicle was in a deer vs car accident.. Ashely got another call from me as I wasn't sure of the process. She walked me through it and followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. She actually did a follow up call! That was incredible. I sincerely appreciate the above and beyond service. It made a difference in time for both situations."
