Her extensive academic achievements include serving as a founding member and Research Editor of the Environmental Law Journal and receiving numerous accolades such as the Community Service Award and the American Jurisprudence Award of Excellence in Creditor’s Rights.

Admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, Ms. Tartaglia is also admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States since 2005. Her legal practice encompasses a wide range of issues within Matrimonial and Family Law, and she has a wealth of experience in residential real estate closings and general civil litigation.

Ms. Tartaglia's dedication to her profession is matched by her active involvement in several legal associations, including the Suffolk County Bar Association, Suffolk County Women’s Bar Association, and the Matrimonial Bar Association of Suffolk County. Her outstanding contributions to the field have been recognized through numerous awards, including an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, Lawyer of Distinction in Family and Divorce Law, and the Avvo Top Rated Lawyer award.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Tartaglia is deeply committed to her community. She has been a youth basketball coach for the Infant Jesus Church CYO program, served on the fundraising committee for Mount Sinai Youth Soccer, and volunteered as a Catechist at St. Louis De Montfort Church. Her dedication to volunteer work has been acknowledged with honors such as the Spirit of Youth Sports Awards.
