"Horrible service. This was my last I spent money in this shop where I felt so unwelcome and bothering the staff which were chatting together. I am not the only speaking about the very unprofessional way customers are treated."
"I visited this bookshop for an author event. They checked me in, handed me a copy, and I got that book signed by the author while there. It's a short walk from the train. The author event was interrupted a few times by trains going over the bridge. I had spotted a few other books I wanted to grab, but I will have to return another day."
