"Had the misfortune of coming across one on the I78 today in NJ. Driver drove erratically at 50mph in the passing lane. Would not move over and kept swerving out of the lane. I would never want to be a passenger with a driver so poorly trained and downright dangerous. I see that many reviewers, going bask many years, have already said the same thing yet the company refuses to change. Avoid this company if you value your safety."

"Bad service, I call them to put me on the list so they can pick me up; and they didn't, bad planning. So I schedule for next them and they still charge me; I talk for a discount and they just give me $5 off. I lost my flight yesterday. They're not reliable. Bad service, I called to reserve my space and they signed me up and never looked for me, I had to call and put myself on the list for the next day. Of course I asked for a discount because of their failure and they only discounted me $5, they should have given me the trip for free, I missed my flight because of them. They are not responsible, they did not apologize, nor did they offer a discount."

"I was just driving on M53 south of Almont in Michigan at approximately 915p had one of your drivers behind me about 3 feet behind my vehicle for several miles. Your driver was totally unsafe putting my family and myself in danger. I know because I am a truck driver I know how much room they need to stop. Totally unprofessional and unsafe."

"I agree with another reviewer below. Terrible, unsafe driving. Suddenly trying to squeeze into the exit while everyone is waiting in the traffic is not only alarming, but the driver could have cared less if he bumped into our car. I don’t have experience with this shuttle bus, but from seeing how the driver drives, I would not recommend this shuttle bus. If I could give 0 star I would but unfortunately I can’t."
