"Outstanding, professional service. Both of our drivers (from LGA to Times Square and then back) were super polite and friendly. And they were super safe, experienced drivers. The SUV's were pristine - clean, well maintained, luxurious, and spacious. They were very accommodating, taking us on separate routes to show us different parts of NYC and giving us info on the city as we drove. We needed one booster seat, and it was installed in the back row prior to our pickup time and ready to go. I have nothing but great things to say. Will definitely hire them again next we visit NYC."
"Fantastic service received by NYC Perfect Transportation. Our flight had been cancelled and our driver Charles made contact to check we were okay and what our new arrangements were. We then had an issue with missing luggage- Charles was extremely patient and understanding. Really polite and pleasant. The car itself was gorgeous and ideal for a family. Pick up was of the same standard. Yovank texted to let us know he had arrived, helped us with our luggage and was very pleasant. Car again back was immaculate. Would highly recommend this company!"
