"Dr. Fahoury is the absolute best! I don't even live near the office anymore but still drive 30 minutes just because he is the best! Previous doctors at other offices never seemed like they actually cared about what I was going through, but he does everything he can to make sure I'm okay! He is also just such a sweet and friendly person as well! Always finds a way to make me laugh even if I'm super stressed. The best! I wanted to add too that something I love is that there is a whiteboard screen in every room that he uses to illustrate the issue he's talking about. I am a very visual person, so actually being able to see what he's describing has been extremely helpful to me. And the care that I have experienced here is unmatched from any other office (pcp or specialist). I can never say enough about how great it is!"

"I have been going to Brockport Vine Medical for 2 years now. In the appointments, the doctors are knowledgeable, kind and caring, but when you leave that room, you are just another number in a vastly large pool of numbers. I literally have to call repeatedly & fight for everything i need. Also, if you need to speak to someone you have to wait on hold for 30+ minutes. and once you talk to the receptionist you Might get a phone call back. or you might not. there is no consistency"

"I was able to make a new patient appointment and be seen within a month back in August 2022. However, since then the service has been terrible. I called multiple times for a follow up issue and was told I would get a called back from the doctor and never did. They billed my husband’s insurance incorrectly 4 different times. Today, 1/10/23, I was hung up on 4 times and had to keep calling back. My husband finally called his insurance company directly, and the insurance agent said the office (Shannon) hung up on her three times and found numerous errors within their claim. There is a clear reason why they are accepting new patients because they can’t retain the ones they already have."
