"There have been times this clinic has been so busy that they have turned us away. But never without offering an alternative appointment or suggestion. (The ASAP clinic next door to them, however, just locks its doors and laughs at people as they try to open the door during "open" hours and offers a sneering excuse when asked. They even refused to give the name of the manager/supervisor) I find the opposite at WellNow. Although WellNow has had its moments, overall, they are the best choice. The team is streamlined for quick service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The PA's are phenomenal, and I hope they never leave WellNow. If WellNow administration has any sense, they will do their best to ensure this sad day never comes."

"Very pleasant experience. There was no wait. Checking in was fast and easy. The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable about services that were available at their facility and other locations I could go to if needed. Everyone that provided care to me was extremely pleasant and the PA was very informative. I would definitely go back."

"Brenda Spencer was kind and thorough. The facility is very clean and inviting. The staff was extremely nice even though I was frustrated. The waiting room was perfect for my 4-year-old. It was way too hot in there, they definitely should turn the heat down a bit. The wait time was a extreme but this was the only place open at the time of day. I was told a two & a half hour wait but I was out of there in one hour. All in all, I'd give it a 9 hands down, it's a nice place."

"Young lady at the counter made a huge impact. She made an amazingly busy day at their facility tolerable and went out of her way to ensure I received care. Nurse also great. PA Pilling also apologetic about busy day. I appreciated being her last patient and she was still, personable, caring, took her time to treat me, and answered all my questions. Nice job to all on a day that probably kicked their butts :) Sincerely Scott Last patient of the day (on a Saturday night)"
