"Worst customer service! Have been waiting in the car for 20 minutes now and the attendant is on his personal phone. Had been waiting for him to come give us instructions but at the end we had to get out of the car walking to him while he was still busy on his phone."

"Horrible service. My car is a Tesla with white interior. When I left the car at the parking lot, I had a white Yeti coffee bottle on the cup holder that was less than 1/4 full with its non-leak top on. Upon receiving my car, I noticed that the white Yeti cup had coffee stains on the outside and a shopping bag that was originally on the back seat was now on the passenger seat. I proceeded to look through the bag to see if anything was missing and noticed that it was placed on the passenger seat to cover the spilled coffee stain all over the passenger seat. I initially thought that the coffee had spilled while that car was being parked but that’s impossible given that it was completely sealed and was less than 1/4 of the way filled up. It also never comes out of the cup holder unless it’s taken out. It seems that the guy who parked my car was looking through my things, perhaps opened the coffee bottle when it spilled. He didn’t even clean it up. Instead he placed the bag filled with new clothes over it causing the coffee to soak into the leather. I kept getting notifications that the Tesla doors were unlocked through my Apple Watch but just thought that the car was being moved to accommodate other cars. They were probably doing something in there. When I returned to the parking garage, the guy admitted to spilling the coffee but the manager said that I couldn’t get a refund because there were no scratches or damage to the car. He gave me a number to call and disappeared. Savages. Horrible service! Will never return."

"Drivers beware!! This is by far the worst garage I’ve ever been in. First I was told $50 for parking and then was told $65 when I was up at the register to prepay. It is what it is. What really bothered me is the rudeness of the staff and the fact that my car was damaged and not notified. I picked up car at night and didn’t notice until the next day."

"If I could, I would rate 0 stars. They broke the gear knob off my car and refused to pay for the damage. The garage never sent the claim to their corporate office; I had to text a photo of the claim form and the damage, with the estimate from my dealer's service department, to be told that it was "pre-existing" because there was the manufacturer's glue still on the knob! Worse is that I was with someone when this happened, my contemporary reaction (full of high pitched, shrill expletives at everyone there and their mothers) would indicate that this was not "pre-existing," and also, common sense: if it was broken, wouldn't the valet ask how to shift (see photo of how without the knob it is incredibly difficult to shift into gear)? The claims department did not bother to do any investigation at all into what happened. Yes, I broke my car, decided to pin it on a garage, and then went through the hassle of documenting, numerous follow-ups with my insurance and the garage, and getting a quote from my service department. Good job, Sherlock! You cracked that case! Now give me my $784!"

"I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. They scratched our BMW M3 and didn't say anything. We waited for the garage attendant to return so we can give them our tip AND THEY TOOK THE TIP WITHOUT INFORMING US THAT THEY SCRATCHED OUR CAR. THAT'S HOW UNETHICAL THESE PEOPLE ARE. I hope karma catches up to them. Don't leave your cars here, they don't know how to park the cars in the SMALL SPACE without damaging it."
