"The WORST shop in the town. Besides there was no proper place to pull over. Off all the customer service is the worst and they don’t seems to understand to communicate in English. Been waiting there for more than 15 mins but they don’t seems to care. I even called them but they don’t care. Unprofessional worker and the store management sucks. “Hard to believe to have this store in the heart of NYC (so embarrassing).” Make sure you have a glimpse to other review too."

"Best service around for an emergency tire repair in Manhattan, hands down. Efficient, friendly, fast and fair pricing. In under 15 minutes Carlos removed a screw from my tire, patched it, took off the donut tire and put the real tire back on. Just drove 150 miles home...every service provider should be this good."
