"this RONI KELLER person is very unprofessional and condescending. I was trying to explain my symptoms and she makes this dismissive gesture with her arms and hands also caught her making side eye, so I stopped talking and asked her what she meant with her gestures because she was just rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this place because of this person!"
"The office is very clean and organized. When I went to check in, the lady in the front had a nasty attitude. The male in the front is very nice and was the one who helped me. The wait is never more then 20 minutes. I see bad reviews about Dr. Wakefield and was hesistant about taking my daughter to her but when I arrived she was friendly and helped me understand what was going on with my baby. She explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had."
"If you want a compassionate doctor who will make you feel heard and validated, DO NOT VISIT DR. WAKEFIELD. Dr Wakefield was very dismissive and thinks she knows everything when she doesn't. Just because I am a patient doesn't mean I dont know what's wrong with me. I've been suffering for 3 years hoping she could help me but instead she just called me a "google doctor". I know she is just one doctor but I hope you guys hire more doctors that are better at listening to their patients and asking questions."
"The office is nice and clean, front desk is super nice and helpful, however, Dr. Wakefield and her assistant were very condescending. They made me feel as if I was their child and they were giving me a lecture. Didn’t even let me finish explaining my symptoms and diagnosed me within seconds of getting into the room. I appreciate my doctors to be more caring and I didn’t receive that from her. Also her assistant had an attitude for no reason at all too. I didn’t feel comfortable with her diagnosis so I’m considering getting a second opinion elsewhere."
"I have an appointment for 1pm today can in 10mins before checked in and confirmed. Then at 1:10 ask what happening. They changed my appointment to 1:30pm without even notifying. Then they said the audio is for 1pm and will be called soon. It's now 1:30pm and they are just saying to wait. I have work. I don't understand why schedule an appointment if they will not honor it and then change it and not even notify me."
