A great example: I had been hearing a noise underneath my car that sounded like an airplane taking off. I don’t know anything about cars, the noise was getting worse and I’m thinking the worse. I took a chance and stopped at Pat’s on my way home from work. I’m glad I did because Pat drove with me around the block, knew exactly what the issue was, kept my car overnight and I had my car back the next day when I got out of work. He was kind and professional and made sure to check on how the inspection could be done so I felt safe and secure. Recently, I slid on some black ice and slammed my tire into a curb. Pat explained the damage clearly, and further quoted out all the other possible problems that the accident might have caused. He then worked to get my vehicle fixed at the cheapest possible cost.
