"Hard to get me to give anybody 5 stars. Jake's is clean, courteous and honest. My wife brought her car there a while back and they told her that she'd be better off taking it to the dealer because there was a recall on her car. Sure enough it was fixed by the dealership. Just got my inspection completed. They communicated with me about how much it was going to cost to pass inspection, as expected. No big surprises. The only thing keeping Jake's from getting 5 stars is their pricing. It's somewhat high in the "competitive" range, but if they were as good as they are, AND cheap, they'd get all 5."

"I have had nothing but excellent service at Jake's for the past 5 years. The folks there are friendly and helpful. Bob actually takes the time to answer questions I have and explain things to me. The prices are competitive and reasonable. I've never had to take the car back because something wasn't done right. I always feel confident that my vehicle is safe and sound when I leave the shop. I was referred to Jake's after my garage of 20 years went out of business due to unethical management. Glad I found a garage that values my business and not just my wallet."
