"Been a customer of Burdick for 15+ years and my past service was worse experience I have had. Received a call from the customer rep a few days after service and explained my displeasure as was told issue would be corrected and someone would be in touch. Been 3 weeks and guess what? No one has been in contact. Burdick has lost a good customer,"

"Really unprofessional service staff. I had surgery and wasn’t allowed to drive for 6 weeks I missed the Toyota Care deadline by roughly 20 days and also had less than 20,000 miles on my leased Rav4. They agreed they would do the tire rotation as a courtesy but I would have to pay for the oil change. I didn’t bother explaining the surgery to the service associate because he kept referring to me as “ my dear” I’m 59 !! I was so put off by this guy and his weird attitude that I just wanted him to stop talking. Then , I’m in the waiting room and another employee brings a dirty cabin filter into the waiting room and stands right behind me with it and loudly calls over the owner and explains that she has mice in her car and that there are nuts, cigarette butts and explains “ see this ? It’s mice poop” Nothing like embarrassing the owner and also get the filthy thing out of the waiting room! Next, she comes back and yells out “ I had the wrong customer, identified the correct owner and explained that they were the ones with the dirty filter. It just seemed really unprofessional. I was sent a text asking how my experience was , I voiced my thoughts and she said she was passing the issue on to her manager. It’s been weeks and you guessed it , not one word from the manager. This was my second Rav lease and I planned on getting another in the spring but I’ve decided there are lots of SUV’s to choose from and l’ll take my business elsewhere. Do better Burdick Toyota in Drivers Village Cicero. There must be some kind of education available to teach employees how to address people and carry themselves with some level of class. Maybe show some appreciation to their loyal Toyota customers"

"Service tried to scam me. (21 Tacoma TRD Pro 35k mi) Came in for front pads, oil change and tire rotation. The initial quote was high, but the problem was an additional charge for "brake hardware" separate from pads. I asked if the pads include clips and hardware and was told no they are separate and $190. If you know how to do brakes that should make you chuckle. Service clerk had no interest in looking into this. After leaving I asked them for the quote and thats when they backpedaled the $190 hardware charge. I refuse to buy and service at a dealer that overcharges so blatantly. This was not a mistake, these service clerks know what they are doing."

"Got a wheel alignment at Burdick Toyota Cicero NY. I picked car after service and noticed: car is moving left when steering wheel is straight. I did drive the car back to Burdick and service manager drove it. She wants to fix same day, but I can't wait any longer. I scheduled another appointment week later. Picking car after second service same problem remain. Complained to Toyota and received call from Burdick is nothing wrong with car."

"I used Burdick Toyota's Collision Center after I was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault. I used them because I work in North Syracuse and I figured it would just be easier to pick up my car being it was right up the road. What I was not happy to see, when I picked up the car, was the long crack in my windshield that goes from the bottom passenger side to the middle of the windshield. This is a hazard for more than one reason; I won't be able to pass NYS inspection, I could get pulled over and ticketed, and God forbid if anything hit my windshield or if I am unfortunate enough to be in another accident. The windshield was not cracked when I dropped my car off for the original repairs caused from the accident. I am wondering what happened while the car was in the hands of the collision center, for them to cause this damage to my car. Did someone put something on my windshield that could have caused this crack? Was a wrench thrown at my windshield? I don't know and I was not informed about it from the manager of the collision center, until after I questioned it, when it was brought to my attention from the Manager at the Burdick Ford store. I want this issue to be rectified in some way. I want someone to contact me about how Burdick is going to go about fixing my windshield. My experience with the Ford store was fantastic. Not only did they let me know about the cracked windshield, they also handled all the Ford issues promptly and professionally and were informative to what issues they found and they took care of my car expeditiously. I am a regular at the Ford store because that's where I get my service done, so I am a loyal Burdick customer. I truly hope we can come to an agreement on this matter."
