"I had to ask the young lady if she work there because she refused to greet me. Wasn’t sure if she worked there or was she casing the place. When I asked for a bagel, of course the reply was ‘we don’t have any bagels. No bagels in a breakfast restaurant, imagine that. I work directly across the street and will be telling the entire staff"
"I love this place. Much better than Starbucks. This coffee is very tasteful and to my satisfaction. They have very delicious snacks. Atmosphere was nice and modern. Very clean. It’s kind of tight inside. Hard for anyone a wheel chair to come in. No public bathrooms. Pretty fast service. Close to Times Square which is convenient. They also offer teas and juices. Great place. Price is fair."
"It was ok the first few times. They have a good vegan bar that is not sweet which I really like. The matcha latte is nice but is 2/3 milk and 1/3 matcha. I ask for less almond milk and they say they can’t do it. For $6, they should accommodate my request. I went last Saturday and the place was so filthy from doormat to floor to condiment station where they keep the stirrers, milk, napkins etc… There was a sign that said “You clean up nice” which they apparently don’t do. It is a busy store but that is no excuse for poor hygiene and a lack of cleanliness. I went in today to see if they cleaned up but the place was still dirty. The male cashiers are like zombies. The female baristas on Weekday mornings are good especially Nana. Might try another location. Or just go to Ground Central on W 51 + 6 1/2 Ave. That coffee place is so much cleaner, the staff is alive and friendly, and the coffee/tea excellent. They also have vegan goodies. Even L’ Ami Pierre across from them is so much better. Sorry but Gregorys is a major disappointment. Sometimes when you expand too fast, you lose quality control."
"I’m not a local, so everything here was super cool and new to me. The coffee was delicious, the flavors were creative, and the branding / decor was definitely memorable. I’d fly back regularly just to try the seasonal drinks!"
