"Evertime I go to this bagel shop on Ave A I appreciate the manager's helpful manner and the variety of tasty food but... The whole place is bombarded with obnoxious and painful noise from giant fridge that hold drinks. It cannot be healthy for worker who is there all day but never complains and it sure as hell is terrible for customers. Please fix the fridge or replace it. Thank you."

"$7 for a loaf of bread that when I got home realized was moldy and stale. Even if it were fresh the quality of the bread was little better than a cheap grocery store loaf. I've had other things from their Essex location that were OK, but always only OK. Many better options in the neighborhood for similar prices."
