"Had a late night craving for some ice cream and for the 2nd time had a bad experience at the Larkfield road location. Firat time a few weeks ago was charged $2.89 for 5- .10 cent cones, and when I asked about this I was told to leave. and tonight I was told they had no plain cones in the store. I find it hard to belive that Baskin Robbins was out of cones but that's what I was told"

"I usually pick up Uber orders here and the gentleman at night is always kind. 3 stars due to people always stealing the orders before I get there. This has to be the baskin Robbins with the most Uber theft. The employees should confirm the Uber driver actually is assigned to the order before allowing them to pick up. More than 10 times I accepted orders here just to be told it was already picked up (stolen) by someone else."
