"I've never experienced a DD so poorly run than this one. Every single time I've been there, my order has been messed up. I keep giving them another chance because it's right down the road from me and the next one is out of the way, but, I really have just accepted I can't order here anymore. The last time I went, I even had the employee in the drive thru read the order back to me. I ended up with only half of it. I told them this and they gave me half of the missing items. Informed them again. SIX people were standing there trying to understand this issue and I finally had to say it slower and in more detail to finally be given my items. It was absolutely bizarre. My 12 yr old in the passenger seat couldn't understand why this was even happening. Before moving to this location, the DD that closed and reopened here was the best one I've ever visited. I've thrown in the towel with this place."

"I stopped by here to get an iced latte. It was more bitter than the usual Dunkin's I go to. Also the biscuit bites were a bit too soft and had a strange texture, so I wasn't sure if they were heated properly. I spoke with someone who could only give me a credit thats good for a few locations out in the Huntington area. They were professional and was able to address my concerns clearly; even though I didn't get the exact resolution I was looking for."

"They never get my coffee order right. They are nice but there is a language barrier issue here.. it’s very hard to communicate with the employees resulting in your order usually being wrong. This isn’t my go to Dunkin but it’s open late so sometimes the only option. Whenever I get a coffee here though I have to fix it myself when I get home. The store is very clean though and they always decorate very nice for the different seasons and holidays. Employees are very nice."

"I'm going to change my review I used to love this store .... not anymore the lady from the drive thru was ride unpolite and doesn't know how to take care of customers I was there some time between 530 to 6 pm I asked for a small and medium iced caramel late with SKIM MILK they give me instead a cup of ice with half and half and caramel I have over 5 years taking a latte same way and difference between half & half and skim milk"
