"It has always been one of my favorite spots for breakfast when I'm in the area. Unfortunately, it seems like the quality of food and customer service has gone down. Staff was standing around while one person did everything and there was no order for customers coming in needing to order and ones who had already ordered ."

"Bagels are okay. But they raised their price significantly without updating their menu price. They pretty much can charge anything they want. A regular bagel is $1.50 with cream cheese is $4.00. I can buy a block of cream cheese with that difference. Crazy! I also read a review (right before I post this *wishing I read it before I went in) from 4 months ago with someone commenting on the same issue. So the incorrect price was nothing recent. Now that I think back, I should've just walk away after I questioned about the price and not let them rob me. I would definitely NOT return."

"One of the worst serving experiences in my life. They made us wait 10 minutes with no help. As we were waiting, we saw them mess up 2 orders out of the 5 and left without buying food."

"I have had multiple bad experiences with this location since the new owners took it over. I have went back to give it a try and it's always the same. Today I specifically asked for a bagel that was fresh and warm. He said. Oh yes they are all warm. I grabbed what I ordered after I waited for the manager/owner to ring me up since he doesn't trust anyone else to use the cash register and left. Guess who's bagel was tough and ice cold? The last time I was there I watched them not use gloves and sniff the food to see if it was still good enough to put out. Don't waste your money. Go down the street."
