"Company is rasict towards black people when finding an apartment will have you put in application but will never submit it to landlord was lied to multiple times .. if it’s not the same color person as you 9 times out of 10 they will not even blink and eye to help you nothing but excuses !!!!!! I even asked to see the email saying I was denied by landlord and no paper work can be provided for me after that I was just ignored and her name is Liliana Chan she should be fired !!!! People like that should not have power over who is homeless and who is not fire her and I’m reporting her"

"This office will mind wasting your time if you ever wanted to show their listing. I made an appointment, which the listing agent confirmed and did not bother to say anything until I got the house, and buyers 5 minutes, when I called to find out if she was on her way, then she told me that the house is no longer showing. To me this photo looks pretty confirmed"

"Other reviews charge them as being "pushy" and "aggressive", but I would also like to add "lazy". Would not want to deal with them at all, but professionalism and ethics trump all grievances one may with this RE office. With the exception of Dylan Bugallo, who is a total sweetheart, the rest of the office was unpleasant to deal with. Just make sure you don't get on their bad side, or the leadership may just report your office to LIBOR if they don’t get their way. And without giving two hoots about your personal issues. Seems a vindictive thing for them to do, but that's just me. I know this doesn't affect how customers will decide on using them, but I felt the need to get this off my chest."

"The WORST experience Ive ever had before and during, with a realtor “team”. four days after initially contacting the agent I finally was able to view a property she shows up and is sitting on her phone doesn’t know any of the answers to any question I have about central cooling & heating system. Sat on her phone while I was asking her questions and didn’t show me a single thing in the house. I had to walk from the 1st to 3rd floor all by myself figure out where the master room is and show myself the house. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had if Tina is your Realtor or deirdre I feel bad for you. I highly recommend finding another company to list your property if you at all considered using this shady company. Asking personal questions leaning towards discrimination. DOS is deff going to be receiving a complaint about these people. I’m sure they have before.."
