"I wish I could give no star because the service I received from more than one driver was prejudiced and also I was disputed in reference to if the address I was going to was in another borough when I was clearly going to the same borough , told another cab was coming that never came then when you call again it's as if you're getting on their nerves then expect you to wait for another cab that doesn't want to take you where you need to go . Now thanks to them I'm late . Thank you so much . I'm so upset with these individuals."

"I’ve been using Harlem car service for more than 20 years and I never had much of a problem until now. I call Harlem car service to go to work 5 days out the week and at least 2 of those days the dispatcher (the women in the morning) always tell the cab driver to go to the wrong address. This lady is always talking to whoever is next to her so she’s not paying attention to the address the customer gives her. I’ve been late because of this. Someone should address this to her."
