"I was very disappointed in this florest I walked in to purchase a bday arrangement & I found a great buy that was clearly listed at 49.95 so I chose it and spoke to a Hispanic elder man who referred me a to younger Hispanic younglady she was very friendly so I informed her of the item I wanted so she ask for my info I informed her I wanted the arrangement to ship out of town to colorado, well she then said " holdon and spoke in Spanish to the elder man, she then informed me the price is different for the arrangement cause it's goin to colorado, I said howmuch- she then said " 99.95 plusses shipping , this was robbery in the highest degree, iam a retired nyc policecofficer and felt like arresting everyone in the store for robbery ."
