"The Pharmacy workers are disrespectful and refuse to do any work. I am so disappointed. The Attorney General should be notified regarding the misinformation and poor business habits of this particular location. I have never felt more dissatisfied with customer service than this Pharmacy. It's almost unbelievable the level of unprofessionalism and poor service. I am almost concerned to let these "people" handle any responsibility that has to do with my families healthcare."

"i wouldn’t recommend their pharmacy to anyone. me, along with multiple members of my family pick up medication from this place and the wait is unbelievable. thirty minutes to get one prescription is absolutely ridiculous. even more when there’s people ahead. they’re very disorganized and unprofessional. giving this two stars instead of one as the staff for customer service are lovely and very welcoming."

"On Friday 6/12/20 my wife received a notice that an Rx for 8 boxes of diabetic lancets was due for refill. She went ahead and said OK to refill. A couple of hours later she received a notice that it was ready for pickup. The Rx appeared on the Walgreen's website as well as my insurance carrier website where it showed as paid. I went down to pick them up and they only had one box so I refused the order until the balance (7 boxes) was ready. I checked back 4 more times and they said they ordered them but they could not obtain them. I called the manufacturer to check for supply chain delays and they said there were none. I called my insurance company and had them call the store. They got the same response that I received ("We've ordered them but they don't come in!") I called the Walgreens's home office customer service number on 6/26/19. Nobody has called me back. My last visit was on Monday 7/5/20. They said the computer system was down and couldn't do anything. On Tuesday 7/6/20 I checked the website to verify the RX#. The prescription was no longer showing as filled! It also disappeared from my insurance carrier website. This is a simple over-the-counter item. What is the problem? I'm now trying to get the Rx transferred to an independent pharmacy."

"The worst, if I could give no stars I would. The pharmacy anyway. Every time I go to get my prescriptions, inside or out it takes forever. I went yesterday in the drive thru and no one would wait on you, they just kept taking the people inside not even rotating. And the other girl usually at the window was more worried about helping the pharmacist. I waited 10 minutes before I drove away. Another time someone was looking for my prescription and looked all over three or four different places for someone else to come along and find it. They are not very friendly/nice and don’t even look like they care to be there. Maybe if they kept someone there long enough to learn it and like it and stop shuffling them around the store someone might know what they are doing. So irritating to get anything done there!"

"This place is absolute garbage. Pharmacy is a joke. Their automated system was horrible before Walgreens took over but at least you could get a hold of someone and get your meds filled. Now you sit on hold for hours waiting to talk to someone to see if your scripts are even there and then when someone does finally answer, they immediately hang up. Or you wait on hold for an hour and they never pick up at all they just hang up on you. I’m out of my meds as of today and have been trying to get them for a week. My doctors keep sending the scripts and Walgreens keeps screwing it up and makes it impossible for you to talk to anyone. Too much of a hassle to switch all my meds to another pharmacy when I just switched them all to Walgreens this year. Only did it because I live closer to this pharmacy than my old one. Figured it would be set up better because unlike Walmart it has the drive thru but compared to Walmart, this place is a nightmare. Walmart is a nightmare but at least their pharmacy is good. You can always get a hold of someone, their employees are awesome and know what they’re doing. They always go above and beyond and their automated system is one of the best out there. Walgreens sucks, period. Sick people have enough to deal with...should at the very least be able to get our meds filled but apparently Walgreens Pharamacy can’t handle their one function; being a pharmacy."
