"I went in and got what I needed, but when I was in line to purchase, I was there for 25 minutes. The young girl at the registers was having difficulty understanding how to do a return. She wasn't paying attention to the line forming until there were 8 people waiting. Then she asked for help. The other woman took 3-4 minutes to slowly walk up and display no customer service to help the customers. Have more than three people in that some-what large store and properly train your employees to have better customer service. Teach them to acknowledge the customers waiting in line. Our time is just as valuable as the person in front of you. If that was my store and they acted like that. You better believe they'd be in my office the next day."
