"I have been a loyal customer for over six years, but I am extremely disappointed with the recent service and rate changes. Without prior notice, the car wash rates increased from $20 to $36, which I initially overlooked. However, my dissatisfaction peaked when my vehicle's front bumper grille was damaged by their equipment during a wash. Although they admitted to having the part, it was unfortunately discarded. When I submitted a claim for the damage, it was denied, and the representative I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. This experience reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability. As a result, I have decided to cancel my membership."

"With an unlimited membership at the cost of about $21/month you can have your car washed as often as needed with no additional charge. With membership you also get a $0.05 discount per gallon of gas, which, with gas prices these days, isn't much. UPDATE-1: With an incentive of $25 off the regular $165 cost, I ordered an Express Interior Package for my 7-year-old Subaru. The car looks like new inside and out. Quite amazing. Although some wax is normally applied during a Super Kiss wash, the wax applied as part of this package is a big step up. Very worthwhile."
"I usually never go to Delta for a car wash, usually wash my car on my own. My dealership gave me a free coupon for a car wash. I hate karen’s, and sure don’t want to be one but.. I went today and wow how AWFUL. lol i’m so glad it was free. Never again. The back of my car still dirty, sides dirty, wheels dirty. I’m confused- i think you guys should better your car washes because i am lost."
