Guided by the belief that it’s never too early to cultivate a connection with nature, our curriculum combines environmental education with traditional play-based learning, providing children with a rich, hands-on experience. Our program, inspired by the spirited Spring Peeper frog, is the first of its kind in Suffolk County. It offers two daily sessions, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., five days a week. Opened on Earth Day 2010, the center is operated by the Seatuck Environmental Association under a custodial agreement with the Suffolk County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation.
