"One employee was on the phone for quit awhile while the only other employee stared at him without helping me. Finally rang me out. I asked about the discount under a commercial account. He assured me the discount was applied. I left to find out he put it under the wrong account and no discount. I needed to get back to the job and didn't have time to go back in. Very disappointed."
