"I recently went in for an inspection, and several things ended up being bad enough on my vehicle that they caused a failed inspection. (The tech who was inspecting my vehicle actually brought me out and showed me the bad parts and ensured I understood what was wrong with them, which i very much appreciated.) They, of course, offered to fix these things in order to pass my vehicle, but the cost of the repairs ended up being a bit passed my budget. Upon hearing this, they worked with me in order to find a solution to fit my budget. In the end they came up with a fix for one of the parts, that I'm sure caused them quite a bit of excess trouble, so that I wouldn't need to be charged for the complete replacement of the part. I feel that they may be a bit on the pricier side compared to some mechanics, but they are also quite knowledgeable and kind, which I feel makes up for it. Many places that I've been in the past I feel would not have gone to the lengths that they did here."
