"Took way too long. I was the first customer of the day for just an oil change and tire rotation. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes. The place is very nice, clean, comfortable and the people were friendly but, it should never take that long for and oil change and tire rotation."

Rachel was very informative in regards to issues my car currently had, she even sent me videos so I could see exactly what the issues were. Billy was very helpful with guiding me in the right direction with questions I had to with my insurance and setting up my rewards account with Ford.
