"Welp, this will be my last time coming here. 1st time 9yrs ago, bringing in my daughters small clothes. I had newborn to 2yrs old clothes. But I was given warning from a few other mom's that has been here to be careful. I had 3 lg bags. I made sure everything was washed and clean plus folded. I was told an 1.5hrs OK. I came back 2hrs later ( mind you no call or txt to say my items were done) to be told I now have 3 people in front of me. To come back in an hour. Hmm, OK I come back again 1.5hrs and still no txt or call from them. To now Im being told I have now 4 people in front of me and to come back in another hour. At that point I was done. No one has that kind of time to be running back n forth with this place. So I took my items elsewhere in Philadelphia and sold them. Now 10yrs later and I made the mistake of coming here again thinking things should have gotten better....NOPE!!! same stupid come back in an hour...then come back in yet another hour...then you come back and now you have 7people in front of you and to be told "MAYBE TOMORROW" NOT!! but believe word of mouth is great!! This is bad business!!! SO YEAH IM DONE. Will "Not" Return LESSON LEARNED AND THIS IS BAD BUSINESS...I took my items and left"

"Went last week with all 3 of my kids hoping to pick up Halloween costumes. They had a huge selection of varied sizes and in great condition. Ended up getting shoes, hoodies and some pants with 15% off on Tuesday. Staff were super friendly and helpful and bathroom in the store on site was a lifesaver for my youngest. I have been to both this location and Maple Shade. This store seemed to have a larger selection of shoes and costumes than Maple Shade location. Will definitely come here again. With regard to buying, I sold 30 items for $43. Every bit helps. I don’t have time to post and sell on online places like FB marketplace, eBay etc. I appreciate their explanation in what they buy and time in sorting through the items I brought."

"Our experience on 9/12/2023 was absolutely terrible. The staff is very rude and seems as if they do not want to do their jobs. I brought in items in good condition in which they stated they can not take because of “wear” but half of the items on their shelves are disgusting! They had the audacity to state, “you can wash this and bring it back”. What about the shirts on your racks covered in formula? Those were obviously not washed. I would pass on this place. Purchase your items for low and sell for high."

"I come here often. Selling the baby stuff my third child won't be using, and I'm constantly disappointed. Like today. I sold a small bag containing jeans and 2 items with tags that read 29.99. You took the jeans. You took the items with price tags. I received $5.40. That's less than 10% of the value. Your website says it pays out up to 30%. I should have received at least 6$ for the tagged items alone. Waste of my time."
