"Excellent!!! The people at the sneaker department are AMAZING!!! There were two associates that went above and beyond. One was a young African American gentleman who not only helped us, but I overheard him helping other people. His knowledge of the sneakers was impressive. He even shared with the customer how he himself has arch issues in order to help the customer decide on the best supportive sneakers. The other associate was a young girl with blue eyes, olive completion, and curly hair. She may have been Latino or Italian. She had a very positive attitude and even shared her personal experience about the best brands for running sneakers. It was sort of crowded, and everyone of the associates helped customers and each other with a smile. When I went to the checkout, the young man checking me out even helped update my phone number with my rewards card. Great customer service everyone!!!"

"I went to Dicks to shop for a treadmill. There were only 6 to choose from. I was hoping to see more options. I did see a treadmill I liked. It was the Sole F80. I tried it & thought it performs very well. The price was fair. The salesperson was very helpful. He answered all of my questions & he was very polite."
