"I visited the Zumiez at the Deptford mall and was helped by a woman named Danielle. She really went out of her way to help assist me with the sneakers I wanted. She had excellent customer service skills and even though I did not walk out with the sneakers I wanted, she exhausted all options and I was a satisfied customer. "The item I purchased broke in less than one week. I had tossed the receipt since I had not anticipated any issues. The store could do nothing for me even though the same cashier who sold it to me last week was present. I would have happily given my name, number, address, phone number, and produced the same credit card that I made the purchase with in order to exchange it/receive store credit/be reimbursed. I was told there was nothing they could do. Most stores have a much better return or exchange policy especially with technology easily matching information from individuals' credit card purchases to that store on the date indicated. Poor store policy. Poor customer service."
