"Beautiful condo community, super family friendly with a swimming camp every morning at 9am for the kids, a nightly fire for smores, a beach party every Tuesday night for the children. 3 story pool with slides connecting them all, 4 more pools spread out through the complex. An indoor pool that stretchs to an outdoor pool ... all pools are 4 1/2 foot at the deepest point, 3 baby pools with fountains.. BBQ grills surrounding all the pools, a beach by the waterfall pool.. I cant say enough. $3200 a week and a $700 security deposit and its worth every penny"

"Best place to stay at the Jersey Shore. We rent North Beach 410. It has the best location (ocean view, main pool view, waterfall view, fire pit view, etc.) We are a party of four and we couldn't afford a 2BR. Since this place has a bunk bed and queen bed in the same room, we were able to save money and still get to go to Seapointe and have a great location at that! The owner is very easy to deal with. We've stayed there now since 2010. Every year we go, there is something new. This year (2015) we were told there is a new couch and recliner. Last year they replaced the rug in the bedroom. We always had good access to Seapointe's WIFI in the 410 unit, but the owner now has put their own router in the condo. They said one or two folks complained it wasn't lightening speed so they decided to put the router in. Can't wait to go again!!"
