"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. Ordered 21 meals in June and when the order arrived It was missing items and the ones I did receive were spoiled. Contacted the business and they said they would refund and never did and now they won’t respond to my messages. I see that others have had similar experiences."
"I placed an order, received it late, and the food was completely spoiled. I requested a refund and they told me they would send me another order instead. I said that was fine. I never received the food or my money back. I wouldn’t recommend."
"My last order never arrived and the previous one had old rice and the chicken spoiled very quickly. I called customer service and no one answered the call and I also sent an email without a response. I have been ordering from them for the past three week and I generally like their products but there customer service is non existent and the one time I spoke with someone it sounded like a highly unprofessional individual who doesn't really care about their business. There aren't many halal meal prep options that service NY and deliver so I was hoping they would do the right thing, but unfortunately my experience wasn't great."
