"Not one to leave reviews but was extremely inconvenient to go all the way to a place that’s open and get nothing. I arrived at the chipotle in Lodi, NJ at 8:15PM, they close at 10PM. When I got there, without looking initially at the counter I asked for 3 bowls, the person working then told me they don’t have much of anything. After looking at the food they literally had nothing except beans and toppings. I guess I looked confused and he was just like yeah sorry. Nothing on the grill nothing being made, and he was like yeah, do you want anything? And I just said never mind and left. Very annoying"
"Usually consistent. Staff is not very friendly. They all have dull expression with zero enthusiasm. Place can be cleaner. There is always something wrong at the condiments station. Ice machine broke, empty juices, no forks. It's good for what it is a tasty quick stomach filler."
"Terrible service .. woman on the line taking orders & preparing your order spoke no English .. at all .. didn't understand basic requests .. I work in the food industry and you'd think comprehension of taking orders would be a requirement to working the line where you build your guests order. Asked for Cauliflower rice .. needed to wait 2 minutes to get that translated. Asked for lettuce on the side and it was put on top .. had to ask someone else to assist on that, really ?? You would think "on the side" would be something requested frequently & understood ... Or at least comprehend the hand motions we were trying to convey ... Then the topper was we asked for Tacos and got a bowl ... Really ?? Didn't understand Tacos ... Not a language barrier more of an incompetence issue ... She must be somebody's aunt that works there ... Speaks volumes of the managers lack of attention ... Line was twice as long as needed to be because she couldn't function at her job. Food was cold and oily on top of it all. Very disappointed definitely gone down hill, now typical fast food bad .. guess that's why it's only a 3.5 stars rating I certainly won't be back to any of their locations."
"If I could give 0 stars, I would ! This is a pathetic display of food quality. I ordered 2 burrito bowls and they were swimming in Guac and Sour cream, leaving it inedible. 26$ cost not to mention for food that wasn't eaten. I will never go this location again. Waste of time and money."
