"I will never buy anything from Macys ever again. Their return and exchange policy is terrible. I bought jeans from here and l went to exchange for size. I didn’t have my receipt all I wanted to do was exchange the same exact brand and style jeans for a different size. They wanted to give me $11 for the same jeans that ring up $19.20 cents today. And tag of jeans say $32.00. I was willing to exchange and have the jeans scanned at store for selling price which is $19.20. But they wouldn’t even do that. I will never buy anyone a gift from Macys they won’t be able to return it exchange. I never write reviews but I just had to warn people to be aware of how they run their business."

"This is best place ever, it more than shop in CH mall I like the way they display cosmetics and skin care items. Dropped by by accident but it exceeded my expectations. In front of each makeup mirror, they put a full range of tools, from paper, cotton sponges, to mini-sized bottles for extraction. The way they decorate and arrange is one of the commendable points. But I don't appreciate those clothes because they're not my style. In short, I will come back because of the offers for skin care products.
