"I am very dissatisfied. Every time I come to this CVS to use the drive-through window. It is not open the gates up but they can’t service me at the window. Doesn’t matter what time of day what time of the week what time of the month the windows open But they can’t service me to pick up or drop off a prescription. I have to come inside this is very inconvenient and shows that you just don’t care about your customers and how they feel about the drive-through."

"Alondra had no personality the self checkout would have been more friendly I would of used but only had cash on me.I wasn't greeted when it was my turn to be rang up and I change was thrown in my hand . "Terrible. Website states a family member's medication was "filled" several weeks ago but we never received it (originally told it was backordered)--Waited on the phone to talk to someone about this issue for >40 minutes with no answer--when other family members have tried to call and ask for updates prior to today, their calls dropped after 30+ minutes. I understand things are busy--but this seems to be a recurring issue with this pharmacy. How is this appropriate service?? Planning on moving all of our family's prescriptions elsewhere--in hopes other pharmacies will at least answer the phone and our family won't be left with inability to get their scripts because they were "filled" but never received."

"The worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. Not only are they incompetent but they are also liars. Trying to get someone on the phone is equally frustrating as I have sat on hold for more than 30 minutes multiple times. WORST PHARMACY EVER."
