"I never really write reviews & they are nice BUT OMG these people are so UNORGANIZED with there stuff.. they barely EVER know what's going on, everyone from the doctors, to the nurses don't ever know what the other one has said, they always have different things to say then the other one... it's like they don't talk or keep up with anything. They NEVER answer the phone, they're always short on staff, never no prenatal or obgyn nurses to pick up the phone... they take long making appointments , getting medicine & everything else. They really need WAY MORE organization, they all need to speak & be on the SAME page so that there not telling people 10 different things & they need more staff so there is ALWAYS someone there to pick up the phone! SO UNORGANIZED & unprofessional... PLEASE DO BETTER, hire more staff, be more patient with patience .. & communicate so that everyone is on the same page. I am so unsatisfied with this office, I am 9 weeks & 2 days & have one been seen ONCE so far. Still haven't received my prenatal vitamins or anything, it's just ridiculous!"

"I hate to say this but I feel I have to: as an African American woman the medical field seems to discard the severity of our pain. I'm 36 and have been in pain for 20 years of my life, it's debilitating, crippling, and no one is helping me get to the root of the issue. It's so painful I've been having some really out of character thoughts. It crushes your spirit when you beg and plead and cry and you're doubled over in pain, vomiting yellow fluid and losing lbs by the week to not hear from a doctor who promises to call and check on you.No matter how many attempts I make to have my health in a state where I have a quality of life, I always get the run around in this state and from their "health care providers". If there is a way to report the "level of care" received I'd like to have it. Or will find it."

"This place is absolutely horrible! Understaffed, and very rude. No one ever answers the phones or when they do you are left on hold or hung up on. No one returns calls. I have been a patient here for years, and it has gotten alot worse over the years. I left several messages requesting birth control, and was told they have no appointmentsfor 4 months, so until then there is nothing they can do, even though I was just seen 1 month ago.. Absolutely ridiculous! I kept coming here because I couldn't find anyone else that would accept Medicare near me.One female Dr, was extremely rude, and made me feel very uncomfortable. However, The nurses and staff were helpful and friendly. The other doctors I have seen were very knowledgeable as well."
