"My first experience there was beautiful. Dr Gonzalez and his crew are great. This time around was a nightmare. 32 week baby ultrasound. From check-in to check-out I was treated like livestock. The 2 nurses (one was named Marina) had no bedside manner. I was unable to see the monitor. She said maybe 2 words to me and provided no pictures, even though we did request and I tried to ask questions as she was hurting me with the wand. Ordering me to turn from side to side without offering any assistance though I clearly needed it (hubby helped). She finished abruptly and walked out leaving me with my tummy exposed and full of gel without offering assistance to wipe me clean or sit up (which kinder nurses have done in previous ultrasounds). The doctor Julie came in, offered me 2 sentences and dashed out of the room. First time I’ve shed tears in 8 months. My husband and I were very upset with the whole experience. Insurance kicks in 8/1 so we’re grateful we will not be returning here for our 36 week follow up."
