The one-mile trail loops from the entrance through the wetland to the beachfront and back, with a State Park Connection Trail linking to Cape May Point State Park. The Nature Conservancy owns and manages the preserve, which was restored to natural harmony in 2007 after years of degradation due to erosion and invasive species.
