"This practice did lousy work and advised me that my insurance was acceptable but upon arrival the receptionist told me otherwise and said consultation will be covered only if further services would be provided by their Dr Shahbandi. Otherwise they would want me to agree to pay $ 300.00 ( about) if no further service needed. I spent 5 hours and about 25 dollars bus fare and walked 2 Kilometers. The receptionist just apologized and I sternly rejected apology. She could have asked Dr. Shahbandi for accommodating my visit by forgoing $300.00. I am considering to request Emblemhealth to delist Dr Shahbandi from network provider or also small claim court in Passaic county civil court."

On top of that Dr. Shahbandi is the best as they come.. He truly cares and explains every aspect of your current situation and comes up with a plan of care that not only keeps you involved but is quick to take action to resolve the issue at hand on the first visit for the entire duration till the end.. Hands down if your lookin for a 5 star experience Dr. Shahbandi and his staff are the ones to see immediately.. you won't be disappointed I promise you that! I owe it to Dr. Shahbandi he takes care of me everytime I need him.. Thank you guys!"
