"Note: I have been to many, many dentist because I move often. In my experience Li is the most horrible dentist I have ever met! Li performed a tooth extraction, which was very painful despite several anesthetic injections. She was yanking on the tooth aggressively and telling me she has done this hundreds of times.That cost $600. Then, I went back for a second procedure. She explained nothing to me. Made me sign and initial a bunch of paperwork. After some more local anesthetics she proceeded to drill into the jaw bone, telling me my mouth is too small. While at the same time, she is reprimanding her assistant NOT TO MOVE the suction tube. She was blaming others for her own incompetence. That cost $1200. I was supposed to go back for a crown but I just read another patient's review here stating the crown Li implanted came loose and broke and Li made them pay for a second crown....I am never going back there again."

I cannot say enough about how polite and professional she is. Her assistants were also very good. Before and after the procedures, Dr. Li answered all my questions and concerns.
