Even though I filled out the paperwork with insurance information 2 weeks prior to visit. The receptionist had me wait over 1 hour while she took many patients who walked in after I did. She told me that she was verifying benefits. Why was this not done before I came in? Felt like my time was being wasted. But…… other than that, great staff and service"
