"ummmm...that was the best treatment & service I have ever had! 3rd Visit 1st Visit I was scare to death to get laser hair removal again especially on my face. I was burned before from a chain laser place. I have to say, I was going to cancel. i was freaking so I called the front desk and the sweetest front desk lady Gail told me they are going to offer to change my appointment and for me to come in last so they could give me some extra time. I was running late so I text and they said someone will still wait for me. When i got there I was so nervous I snort laughed in front of the guy during the consultation questionnaire. SO EMBARRASSING bc The guy looks like he was plucked from a Mediterranean Travel magazine. The amount of time and care he took for my treatment was unbelievable. My time was way past what it should have taken and I told him I would pay for another appointment and come back. He genuinely declined the offer and told me he wouldn't consider stopping because of time. I had a great result right away. A little red but relatively no pain and no burns! 2nd visit: Follow up from my 1st appointment. SOO HAPPY ITS WORKING! I have only shaved my face 2 times this month. Usually it was every day/every other day. The face treatment very smooth like the first time and I added on arms and under arms. Same great treatment. Same great service. We went a little faster this time too! 3rd Visit: Laser Hair is going great and I bought a body contouring massage with muscle stim and radio frequency heat. Ummmm that was the best treatment I have ever had EVER!! Best best massage. Even if this does nothing else, this was the best treatment. its like a warm stone massage with deep tissue. 90 mins. And they do these treatments with combo packages."
